Packaging Feedback Program Overview

At Amazon, we are working to improve all aspects of our business. This includes the way in which we ship packages to our customers. The Packaging Feedback Program is designed so you can tell us if your items arrived in good condition and in appropriate-sized packaging. We’ll use your input to improve product and Amazon packaging.

Entering Your Packaging Feedback

1. Visit www.amazon.com/packaging
2. Review the list of shipments for orders placed within the past 60 days.
3. Click the Leave Packaging Feedback button next to the shipment.
4. Fill in ratings and answers to questions. You’ll also have the option to upload a photo of your shipment.
5. Click the Done button.

Editing or Adding a Photo to Feedback You’ve Left

You can update any completed feedback or add a photo within 60 days of placing your order.

1. Visit www.amazon.com/packaging
2. Click the “View your feedback” link next to the shipment you wish to change.
3. Make changes and click the Done button.

Identifying Eligible Shipments

Orders placed within the past 60 days and shipped by Amazon.com will appear on the Packaging Feedback page. Orders placed with sellers on Amazon.com or orders marked as gifts won’t appear in the list.


How do I take advantage of FREE Super Saver Shipping?

1. Place at least $25 of eligible Amazon.com products in your Shopping Cart. (Eligible items will say “eligible for FREE Super Saver Shipping …” next to their price.)

2. Proceed to checkout.

3. Ship your items to a single U.S. address.

4. Select “Group my items into as few shipments as possible” as your shipping preference.

5. Select Super Saver Shipping as your shipping speed. After your order ships, it will be delivered within 5-9 business days.

6. Place your order, and enjoy the free shipping!

The Fine Print

* If you qualify for FREE Super Saver Shipping but your order also contains one or more ineligible items, you’ll be charged shipping fees for those ineligible items.

* Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order’s eligibility for Super Saver Shipping.

* Applies only to orders with at least $25 of qualifying merchandise, excluding gift-wrap charges and taxes, at the Amazon.com and CDNOW.com Web sites.

* Excludes items that do not include a statement that they are eligible for FREE Super Saver Shipping next to their price. Also excludes certain oversize items, e-documents, software downloads, music downloads, and gift cards.

* Eligible items fulfilled by Amazon.com may not be eligible if fulfilled by a third-party seller. Look for the “FREE Super Saver Shipping” next to the price in all “New, used, and collectible” listings to see if the item is eligible for FREE Super Saver Shipping from any particular seller.

* The price of shipping a magazine subscription is already included in the subscription price. However, the price of a magazine subscription can be applied toward the $25 order total needed to qualify for FREE Super Saver Shipping.

* Applies to U.S. delivery addresses in the 50 states only, including Alaska and Hawaii. Geographic shipping restrictions may apply to particular products; for example, some Tools & Hardware items may not be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii using FREE Super Saver Shipping.

* Applies to APO/FPO addresses when using a United States ZIP Code only.

* Weekend delivery cannot be requested. We use a variety of carriers to deliver orders, and some do not deliver on weekends.

* Some special product, order, or handling fees may still apply.

* May be used in conjunction with a promotional code. The qualifying amount is the total amount of the products purchased before the promotional codeis applied.

* You will not receive FREE Super Saver Shipping on your order if any eligible items are canceled, bringing the total below $25.
